1. Introduction

Stride Technologies Ltd. ("Stride," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Stride workspace platform, including the website located at strideos.cloud and all associated applications (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash) when you sign up.
• Workspace content — projects, tasks, documents, messages, files, and CRM records you or your team create inside Stride.
• Payment information — subscription plan and billing history. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Paystack; Stride does not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected to improve reliability and performance.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or sales inquiries.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Process subscriptions and billing through Paystack;
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, security alerts) and, where you've opted in, product updates;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Workspace data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Paystack — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Transactional email providers — delivery of account and notification emails.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share workspace content with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Export your workspace data;
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on our processors' standard contractual safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
